Nice wall in a nice area. the buildings surrounding the wall is practice space for musicians and other artists.

I was there a week ago and it was very chilly to paint. There were some nice people and even sound! Due to the locals it's totally legal.

Still legal, but now theres a big red building where you used to be able to walk to the walls so you have to walk to the back walls via the construction area.

No other problems painting here, than that the backyard is closed off, but the backside towards the water and such is still ok
