The wall is about 8 meters long and 2.5 meters high. As far as I know, you don't need a permit, since the description says: "New graffiti wall at the skater pool in Waiblingen: Spraying is expressly desired". The best way to get there is by parking close and walking on the sidewalks
Is this wall still safe to paint?
