Arklow Leisure Centre is a massive sports complex that is currently still in use, however Arklow Town Council passed full permission of the entirety of the centre to street artists, except for front entrance (quite visible). There are no profanities or commercial paintings allowed - please respect the rules. Over 200 sqm of wall here, bring a ladder.
