Two fall walls surround the park where graffiti appears to be tolerated on the inside of the park. Plenty of room as they're behind the ramps. Also it appears that you can freely paint the ramps, especially the backs. Most locals just appear to be interested and are very chatty opposed to caring, smile for the camera
Is this wall still safe to paint?
