Locally the Rainier building is a low-key sweet spot (compared to the other walls in Seattle). Be aware it is on private property. The business is called Rainier Glass Studio and allows for legal painting in cooperation with the business.

Contacted the Rainier Glass Studio and they have moved locations and left this wall to be destroyed by construction.
