You can paint there all day and night. No one is gunna stop you. And if they try just jet down the train tracks. If you such a toy and need it to be "legal" to paint you should stay at home. |

It's not a legal wall anymore because people were getting out of control with it. Tagging buildings that weren't legal and breaking things belonging to surrounding businesses. We had something good in Rochester for once, and it only took a few to ruin it for the rest of us =( |
